Heating Mantle

Heating Mantles designed to meet the highest electrical standards. The flexible mantle is suspended above a thermal insulating Former which provides maximum heat transfer coupled with minimum risk of flask breakage. The outer housing is constructed of aluminum, finished with heat & marr resistance epoxy polyester paint, which is conjunct the insulation, to ensure a safe, low outer case temperature. All mantles have indicator lights temperature control regulator & a cord. 10 litre model is provided with 2 circuits and 20 litre, 30 litre are provided with 3 circuits.

Soxhlet Extraction Apparatus Heating Unit With Glass Parts

Soxhlet Extraction Unit of three or six with fibre glass mantles. It is ideal for carrying out extraction tests. The unit consists of a compact rectangular box section of metal, housing the heating elements and built in controls. The flexible and elastic heating elements ensure close contact with the flask surface and even distribution of heat over the entire surface. In case of spillage, the solvents will either evaporate or escape through the drain holes provided under recess. High thermal insulation of glasswool backing the heating elements minimises the heat losses. Every flask recess is provided with a pilot lamp and a regulator or toggle switch. The built in energy regulators are provided to facilitate good control of temperature. External cases are finished with heat and maar resistant epoxy-polyster paint.

Soxhlet Extraction Heater, Hot Plate Type

Soxhlet Extraction Heater Hot Plate Type This heater is used to heat soxhlet flasks and it consists of a mild steel housing. Six hot plates of 4½ diameter(in inches) are mounted on top of the housing and can be operated by individual ON/OFF switch and Rotary switch. Mild steel housing has two rods with two adjustable cross rods on which the glass apparatus can be fixed. Electrically operated on 220/260 volts AC mains with maximum power rating of 900 watts. The apparatus is supplied without glass parts. Order glass parts extra as required.

Crude Fibre Estimation Apparatus Hot Plate Type

The apparatus consists of a mild steel housing. Six hot plates of 4½ diameter(in inches) are mounted on top of the housing and can be operated with individual energy regulator electrically operated on 220/230 volts mains. Maximum power total rating is 900 watts AC. The apparatus is supplied complete with six tall form spoutless beakers, six bulb type condensers and clamps for holding glass parts.
